Areas we serve
Where we work
The short answer
We are based in Freehold, Monmouth County, and work across New Jersey and the New York metro area. In both states we lend on investment and business property. In New Jersey we also buy property directly. In New York we buy investment and vacant property only.
New Jersey
Monmouth County
Our home county. The Monmouth County Sheriff holds foreclosure sales as open auctions every other Monday at 1:00 p.m. at the Public Safety Center, 2500 Kozloski Road, Freehold, moving to Tuesday when Monday is a holiday. Sale notices run for four weeks in local newspapers, and the Sheriff's website shows whether a sale is still on. Monmouth County Sheriff sale procedures
Ocean County
The Ocean County Sheriff posts its foreclosure sale listings online. Check the date often, because sales are frequently adjourned. Ocean County Sheriff foreclosures
Middlesex County and the rest of New Jersey
Every New Jersey county sheriff runs its own sales and its own adjournment process. Our New Jersey foreclosure guide covers the statewide steps and deadlines.
New York
Nassau County
The Nassau County Supreme Court holds its foreclosure settlement conferences and foreclosure auctions in Room 03 on the lower level of its foreclosure division, and posts homeowner resources online. Nassau County foreclosure information
Queens
Queens residential foreclosures are handled by a dedicated foreclosure part of Queens County Supreme Court. Queens residential foreclosure part
